Rockler’s New Black Diamond CNC Shark With Surface Mapping

If you have had your eye on the CNC Shark system from Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, now might be the perfect time to make that purchase. Rockler has come out with a new Limited Edition Black Diamond version of their largest CNC Shark model that comes with some nice extras, such as surface mapping. Best of all, it is on sale for the same price as the Shark HD V2.0
The new Black Diamond Edition of the CNC Shark is almost identical to their HD 2.0 model with a table measuring 28-1/2" x 36", but for a limited time you can get the Black Diamond edition for the same price, plus a few bonuses. The first big bonus is a new touch plate and updated software that can be used to map the CNC table surface and/or your work piece surface. The touch plate and software is able to map the flatness of your surface to deliver more accuracy to your designs and take into account warped surfaces.
Other bonuses include a free $50 Rockler Gift Card and a 5-piece router bit set to help get you started. Like their other CNC Shark models, all the software you need to operate the CNC machine is included and it is compatible with 3rd party software.
