I believe this tool is the industry standard, just about every contractor that I know has one.
To me that says something. Always a pleasure to use, without excessive vibration or noise.
This is a long tool, something you don't use in really confined spaces. It is all right for very light demo, but if your getting into real demo you'll probably be happier with something heavier.
